Advanced Seminar "Smart Grid" held


On Friday, June 27, the advanced seminar took place at the RCS, covering recent topics concerning the Smart Grid.

Patrik Schmid (Ludwig-Bölkow-Systemtechnik GmbH) presents potential reductions of carbon-dixoide (CO2).

The keynote speech held by Patrik Schmid (Ludwig-Bölkow-Systemtechnik GmbH) covered the future of renewable energy systems in Germany and the role of a smart grid towards a sustainable electricity production and transportation.

Afterwards, six presentations on recent topics in the context of the Smart Grid were held. For each presentation, a seminar paper has been written by each participant. The topics covered were:
